I highly recommend this studio. It was a wonderful experience starting with my free consultation and finally my purchase. I was tired of colouring my hair, with bad dye jobs and a bad haircut, I wanted to buy a wig, so I don’t need to damage my hair any longer. Jessica convinced me to choose a topper instead as a starter instead of a full wig. Elise spent the time helping me decide on the style and colour. This topper was a better choice, and I am glad I have it. Jessica took the time to update my hatcheted bob and blend in with my topper. It will take a while to get used to my beautiful long hair, learn to style and maintain it. While I was there, there were constantly a stream of happy customers in to update their looks, or checkin. I was amazed how many happy customers came in during the 2 hours I was there. The price is not cheap but you get what you paid for. Quality and Excellent Service. 😍

I had a wonderful experience at Jo hair Studio. Eryn was exceptional in helping me to find the right colour and style for my hair with one of their toppers. She blended the colour and style into my own hair perfectly making me feel more confident now. I highly recommend Jo hair Studio for toppers and wigs. Thank you so much Eryn.

I had a fantastic experience with Jello’s wig service! She's incredibly friendly and patient, guiding me to choose the perfect wig for my style. On my second visit, she provided a detailed tutorial on how to wash, maintain, and style my wig, which really made a difference. I highly recommend her service to anyone looking for quality and personalized care.

Jello might be one of the kindest human beings I've ever met. I'm so glad I went to see her after reading all the reviews from others! I had a first-time consult with her for a topper (pending thyroid issues), and she just knew exactly what I needed and went above and beyond to help me. She's obviously extremely experienced. The studio was slammed that entire day, but she still stayed an entire hour after closing to make sure I was able to leave with it on my head. Vivian also helped me with some paperwork I needed, and it was so nice to see their teamwork! The price is 100% worth it. It's real, donated hair. The topper I purchased was toned to match my natural cool hair, its texture feels identical to mine (due to its east asian origin), and it was plucked and thinned to match my look, head, and habits (I like to tuck hair behind my ears). Jello's work was impeccable! My friends couldn't tell I was wearing it until I told them--they thought I was having a very good hair day! For those sensitive like me--it does not have a smell, and the weight feels like a light head pat. The clips did not dig, pull, or cause any tension even after hours of wear. It was breathable and not itchy or restrictive. No poking. Definitely sensory friendly!

I cannot express how wonderful my experience at Jo’s Hair Studio has been. Eryn went above and beyond what I expected , the colour match is superb, she really listened to my thoughts and concerns and delivered in my view the perfect topper for me. Also a game changer is you have two weeks to go in and get a few tweaks done if need be. If you are considering going to Jo’s Hair Studio “start the car!!” You won’t be disappointed!😍♥️

I needed help with donating my hair to make a children's wig. Melissa was able to squeeze me in with short notice, and did an amazing job of maximizing the amount of hair for the donation. She even offered to drop the hair off at BC Cancer. Thank you again, see you in a couple years!

I love my new wig from Jo’s hair salon! Melissa was so lovely and through 2 consultations, she coloured and cut my hair piece so beautifully. What a great, stress free service they supply. I would absolutely recommend Melissa and Jo’s salon!

Had the best experience at Jo Hair Studio. My stylist was Eryn, and she took such good care of me. Selected a wig, took it home and was able to go back the following week to have it thinned, trimmed and bangs put in. I cried so many times just seeing my old self before cancer and forced menopause. Eryn let me select what I wanted, with no pressure to try on different looks/colors. I knew what I liked, as soon as I walked in and she worked around what I wanted. Will for sure go back! Thank you everyone at Jo Hair Salon, I couldn't be happier!
